Come try out this 90-minute heated flow of yin & yang synergy! This class is designed to stoke your inner fire and build confidence with a dynamic vinyasa. The second half is to guide you inwards through a deep stretch sequence. Soothing assists including posture adjustments and massage are offered throughout.
Power yoga focuses on building strength and endurance through a fluid sequence of postures. It's opposite is yin energy, which is slow creating more internal awareness. During yin yoga, we do not force, rather surrender into the passive stretches that are held an extended period of time.
Start off your week with a balanced yoga practice at Bodhi! Class is heated to ~80°. Bring a mat, towel, and water.
