Yoga supported her in recovering from a decade-long struggle with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, which informs her conscious, body-positive approach to teaching. Her compassion-centered classes inspire exploration, embodiment, and enjoyment. Healing on an individual and collective level is at the core of her teaching philosophy.
